JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• With or without BPO experience, depending on account requirements.
• At least 6 months of international customer service experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules, and during night shifts, when required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Willing to undergo the company's recruitment process and training.
