Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Call Center HRBP Manager for MOA Pasay in a Hybrid setup (onsite two days, with additional on-site as needed). The role oversees HRBP administrative functions, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives employee relations and engagement within a BPO environment.

The ideal candidate has a background in HR/Admin, 3+ years in BPO HRBP roles, and readiness for promotion from senior team lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource, Law or equivalent.
• At least 3 years HR administrative experience preferred.
• Current or prior BPO HRBP Manager or Senior Team Lead ready for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user issues promptly with minimal escalations.
• Complete ERP compliance & audit activities per timelines.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR monthly reports and trackers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies & the Philippine Labor Code.
• Serve as first line support for HRBP administrative requirements.
• Research and resolve HR issues with proper documentation.
• Promote local implementation of corporate HR initiatives.
• Oversee or support employee engagement activities.
• Handle onsite tasks including DOLE hearings and employee concerns.

Work Setup: Hybrid (twice a week) but additional onsite presence is required based on business needs such as DOLE hearings, groundwork, or addressing employee complaints | Location: MOA Pasay

Work Schedule: Mid-shift

Responsibilities:

• Resolution of end- user issues timely with minimal escalations
• Completion of ERP compliance and audit activities as per pre-defined timelines
• Accuracy and timeliness of HR Monthly Reports and other related trackers
• Help manage the regulation process ensuring 100% compliance to the company policies & procedures and the Philippine Labor Code
• Be the first line support for HRBP administrative requirements
• Help answer questions, research and resolve HR issues and ensure appropriate documentation is completed
• Promote and manage local implementation of corporate HR initiatives
• Oversee and/or support employee engagement activities by the company
• Other tasks as may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource, Law or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years HR administrative experience is preferred.
• Currently in BPO HRBP Manager roles or Senior Team Lead positions who are ready for promotion.
• This role involves onsite responsibilities, including attending DOLE hearings and handling employee concerns directly.
• This is a ground-level operational role, and candidates must be comfortable with such tasks.
