Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Address inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies and procedures.
• Resolve issues on first contact whenever possible.
• Document interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Meet or exceed KPIs including customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
