Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to attend to customers, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent service in the Iloilo/Bacolod area.

You will handle questions and complaints politely, share accurate information about products and services, maintain clear communication with customers, and keep basic records of interactions. Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
