Job summary

W Bridges Manpower Corporation is seeking a dedicated Pastry/Bakery Helper to join our Makati production team. The role focuses on preparing and baking a variety of pastries and breads, maintaining quality, and ensuring efficient daily production.

Candidates should have a high school background with baking experience or training, be detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Shift work, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; vocational baking training is a plus.
• Experience baking pastries, cakes, bread, or similar.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and recipe preparation.
• Familiarity with ovens, mixers and baking equipment.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
• Able to work fast-paced kitchen or production setting.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.
