Job summary

Solaire Resort in the Philippines seeks a front-office/cash handler to deliver prompt, professional service to guests, visitors, and staff. You will manage cash, chips, tickets, and exchange transactions at designated windows and banks, while upholding accuracy and accountability across shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication in Filipino and English, computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 kg. Prior casino or banking cash experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in Filipino and English; Mandarin/Cantonese/Korean/Japanese is an advantage.
• Computer literate, preferably proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Preferably with previous customer service and/or cash handling experience in gaming or banking industries.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 30kg.
• Experience in handling cash and foreign exchange currencies preferred.

• Maintains and is held accountable for all monetary items entrusted to him/her on an assigned shift at the Front Window, Chip Bank, and/or Team Member Bank.


• Handles all cash, chips, slot machine tickets, credit card and foreign exchange, and other related transactions.


• Reports large and/or suspicious transactions.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of at least achieved High School education or equivalent


• Must be able to work flexible shifts and days, including weekends and holidays; extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.


• Possess excellent communication skills and a good command of the Filipino and English language are required; basic in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean and Japanese is an advantage


• Must be computer literate, preferably proficient with Microsoft Office applications


• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
