Responsibilities

Frontline Operations – performs financial transactions accurately and efficiently while extending highest level of customer service.
Organizing – keeping the assigned counter or cage location organized and clean to maintain efficiency in the conduct of work.
Control – strictly observes policies and procedures in the course of performing duty.
Interdepartmental – coordinates with other staffs/superiors in matters relating to transactions and customer needs.
Operations – conducts transactions in accordance to procedures and customer service standards set by the company/department.
Soft Count – counts table and slots drops/revenue in accordance to established procedures and control.
