Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is seeking a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) in Makati Life to lead the cafe team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, monitor financials, inventory, and costs, and drive sales while maintaining CBTL’s high standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in F&B or related sectors, proven people management skills, and a strong focus on quality, service, and teamwork. Shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in F&B, retail, hotel & restaurant management or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledge of P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the cafe team.
• Oversee daily store operations and service standards.
• Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports.
• Ensure proper staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Lead by example and uphold FROTH values (Friendliness, Respect, Ownership, Teamwork, Honesty).
