Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Philippines is seeking a Cafe Lead (Store Manager) to guide the cafe team and maintain top service standards at Circuit Lane and Ayala North Exchange. You will manage daily operations, drive sales, and uphold CBTL’s FROTH values to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years in F&B/retail management, strong leadership, and financial oversight including P&L, inventory, and cost control.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the cafe team
• Oversee daily store operations and service standards
• Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses
• Prepare and analyze operational reports
• Ensure proper staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and customer experience
• Drive sales and achieve store targets
