Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is seeking a Café Deputy to lead and supervise the cafe team on assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, high product quality, and strict store standards. You will coach staff, monitor sales, manage cash handling, inventory, and daily operations while supporting the Cafe Lead to achieve business goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in F&B or related industries, strong leadership and communication skills, and a readiness to work rotating

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in F&B, Retail, or related management roles.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Shift Supervisor is advantageous.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling, sales, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the cafe team during assigned shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service, product quality, and store standards.
• Coach and motivate team members and provide feedback.
• Monitor sales performance and shift targets.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure proper cash handling, inventory control, ordering, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
• Support the Cafe Lead in achieving business and operational goals.
