Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring for a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) at SM San Lazaro. The role focuses on leading and coaching the cafe team while ensuring excellent service standards.

You will monitor daily store operations, sales, and costs, prepare operational reports, and drive store targets. The position requires willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the cafe team
