Private Advertiser, a rapidly growing dessert café chain, is seeking a proactive Team Lead to oversee store operations across multiple Metro Manila locations. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in food service, café, restaurant, or retail environments and thrive in fast-paced settings.

The Team Lead will supervise branch operations, support store teams, ensure SOP compliance, maintain customer experience, and coordinate with management on staffing and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage, café, restaurant, QSR, retail, or hospitality operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and rotate across Metro Manila branches.
• Comfortable working in a field-based and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mall-based operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned store branches.
• Supervise, coach, and support store crews and shift operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, and team performance.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct store inspections and ensure SOP compliance.
• Monitor inventory usage, wastage, and stock levels.
• Support sales initiatives and store promotions.
• Coordinate with management regarding staffing needs.
