• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in F&B, quick-service restaurants, cafés, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, operational management, cost control, communication, and guest relations abilities.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A strong dedication to team growth, guest satisfaction, and a love for handcrafted coffee and tea.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Culture: Supervise, train, and coach store staff to foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven environment.
• Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day café operations, staff deployment, shift scheduling, and adherence to brand standards.
• Financial & Sales Management: Drive store sales KPIs, manage inventory and cost controls, and ensure efficient cash handling and asset protection.
• Customer Experience: Maintain exceptionally high service standards, resolve guest escalations promptly, and ensure product quality.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and cleanliness standards.
