MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Barista to join our hospitality team in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

In this full-time role, you will manage transactions, prepare beverages, and deliver excellent customer service, contributing to a fast-paced venue and guest satisfaction. You will greet customers, operate POS systems, maintain a clean station, monitor stock, and assist during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as cashier or barista in hospitality or F&B.
• Strong POS operation and cash handling skills.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and train on skills.
• English and Filipino fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately using POS and handle payments.
• Prepare beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, cocktails.
• Keep work station and cash area clean and organized.
• Greet customers, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Monitor beverage stock and report shortages.
• Follow health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Assist during peak hours and maintain teamwork.
• Reconcile till at end of shift.
• Support promotions and events.
