Qualifications

• Strong barista skills including espresso, milk steaming, and basic brewing methods.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication to coordinate with colleagues and provide product details.
• Food preparation skills with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory barista role is beneficial.
• Understanding of basic inventory and cash-handling procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced cafe.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee and roasting concepts is a plus.
