Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) to lead and coach the cafe team at Solaire Resort and Casino. This role focuses on overseeing daily store operations, maintaining service standards, and driving sales while controlling costs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in F&B or related industries, with strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Willingness to work shifting schedules including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management is required.
• Knowledge of P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are needed.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the cafe team.
• Oversee daily store operations and service standards.
• Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports.
• Ensure proper staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets.
