Private Advertiser is seeking a Cafe Operations Area Manager to oversee multiple cafe locations in the National Capital Region. This on-site role focuses on ensuring consistent operations, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multi-branch food and beverage operations and can translate business objectives into effective store-level strategies while fostering service, teamwork, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage or cafe operations.
• Experience overseeing multiple branches or business locations.
• Experience managing store-level leaders and large operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of sales management, cost control, inventory management, and operational standards.
• Experience in coffee shop or cafe operations is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of assigned cafe locations and meet targets.
• Ensure sales, revenue, profitability, and operational goals are achieved.
• Develop area strategies and store action plans to boost performance.
• Maintain product quality, beverage standards, and store presentation.
• Monitor staffing, labor productivity, inventory, waste, and expenses.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Cafe Managers and teams.
• Develop talent pipelines and leadership development.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, cash handling, and policies.
• Resolve guest concerns and drive cafe experience improvements.
• Coordinate with support teams for operational needs.
• Support new store launches and ensure readiness.
