Our Clients in the National Capital Region seeks a General Manager - F&B Operations to oversee the business across locations, developing strategies, driving financial performance, and ensuring service and product quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial acumen, financial management expertise, and experience managing multi-site operations to deliver consistent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant, quick-service restaurant, or retail operations across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and P&L management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute business strategies, operational plans, and initiatives aligned with the organization's objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Oversee overall business performance, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and operational targets.
• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes, consistent service delivery, and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cost management, and overall profit and loss (P&L) performance.
• Identify growth opportunities, support expansion initiatives, and ensure operational readiness for new business locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the management team while building a strong leadership pipeline and succession plans.
• Establish effective systems, policies, procedures, and performance measures to improve productivity and operational consistency.
• Ensure high standards of product quality, customer service, and overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of business initiatives.
• Establish business performance indicators, review operational results, and implement improvement plans to address performance gaps.
• Present business updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
