Job summary

Private Advertiser in National Capital Region (on-site) seeks a General Manager - F&B Operations to oversee multi-site food and beverage operations, drive growth, ensure product quality, and optimize financial performance.

You will lead strategy, operational excellence, budgeting, and people leadership across locations, partnering with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to deliver exceptional guest experiences and sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant, quick-service restaurant, or retail operations.
• Previous experience managing multiple business locations, operational teams, or business units.
• Proven track record in driving business growth, improving profitability, and achieving operational targets.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and P&L management.
• Experience in developing leaders, managing cross-functional teams, and driving organizational performance.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a growing and evolving business environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies, operational plans, and initiatives aligned with the organization's objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Oversee overall business performance, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and operational targets.
• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes, consistent service delivery, and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cost management, and overall profit and loss (P&L) performance.
• Identify growth opportunities, support expansion initiatives, and ensure operational readiness for new business locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the management team while building a strong leadership pipeline and succession plans.
• Establish effective systems, policies, procedures, and performance measures to improve productivity and operational consistency.
• Ensure high standards of product quality, customer service, and overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of business initiatives.
• Establish business performance indicators, review operational results, and implement improvement plans to address performance gaps.
• Present business updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
