Job summary

Spoteafy Cafe is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily cafe operations in Cavite. You will oversee guest service, staff scheduling, POS systems, and inventory while maintaining quality and consistency.

This role focuses on cost control, supplier relations, marketing initiatives, and driving sales growth. You will recruit and train staff, analyze performance, and resolve customer issues to ensure smooth, profitable operations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• 1–2 years in a management role.
• Experience handling POS systems, inventory, scheduling, and staff training.
• Manage the entire operation.
• Control food and beverage costs.
• Handle inventory and supplier relationships.
• Increase sales and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
• Manage customer complaints.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Implement marketing and promotions.
