Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of F&B supervisory experience, preferably in café operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Outlet Supervisor in day-to-day operations, including sales and inventory control.

As the Assistant Outlet Supervisor, you support the Outlet Supervisor in managing day-to-day outlet operations, from sales and inventory control to team performance and customer service. You help ensure smooth shift execution, maintain quality and safety standards, support team development, and address operational concerns to deliver consistent store performance.
