You will learn to read plans, prepare quotes, update BOQs, and use Bluebeam and Tradify. The position suits a detail-oriented self-starter eager to grow with ongoing training and a long-term career in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Basic estimating knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam software for mark-ups and cost estimates.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
• Read and interpret construction plans.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Send and track client quotations.
• Manage quote requests and estimating documents.
• Update material price lists and coordinate with suppliers.
• Assist with purchasing and job management using Tradify.
• Help improve estimating systems and processes.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets.
