Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Senior CAD/BIM Lead to head a CAD/BIM team delivering underground infrastructure designs. You will mentor 5–20 staff, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to CAD/BIM standards across multiple projects.

You will drive quality, oversee Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD workflows, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and push continuous improvement within the digital delivery group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a CAD/BIM team on infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, model management and digital delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a CAD/BIM team (5–20 staff).
• Plan, allocate, and monitor drafting resources across projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CAD/BIM standards and QA processes.
• Provide technical leadership for drawings, BIM models, and deliverables.
• Support underground infrastructure projects, including mined tunnels.
• Coordinate with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and approve CAD/BIM deliverables per standards.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Manage software deployment, training, and support (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Support recruitment, performance development, and team growth.
• Foster collaborative, high-standard team culture.
