Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a senior CAD/BIM Team Lead to mentor a small to mid-size CAD/BIM group (5–20 staff) and coordinate the planning and delivery of engineering drawings and BIM models for complex underground infrastructure projects.

The role focuses on developing and enforcing CAD/BIM standards, reviewing deliverables, coordinating with engineers and external stakeholders, and driving automation to improve efficiency while upholding high technical standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years CAD/BIM delivery experience in engineering consultancy or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a CAD/BIM team (5–20 staff).
• Plan, allocate, and monitor drafting and modelling resources across projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CAD/BIM standards and QA processes.
• Provide technical leadership in drawings, BIM models, and digital deliverables.
• Support underground infrastructure projects (mined tunnels and related structures).
• Coordinate with engineers, PMs, design managers, and external stakeholders.
• Review and approve CAD/BIM deliverables for project compliance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Manage software deployment, training, and support for AutoCAD, Revit, and related platforms.
• Support recruitment and professional growth of team members.
• Foster collaborative culture while maintaining high technical standards.
