Job summary

WSP Philippines is seeking a senior CAD/BIM lead to manage a team delivering complex tunnel and underground infrastructure designs. You will establish standards, oversee BIM workflows, and coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

The role requires a proven track record in leading CAD/BIM teams, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Lead a CAD/BIM team in engineering consultancy projects.
• Experience with BIM workflows and model management.
• Strong communication and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a CAD/BIM team of 5–20 staff.
• Plan resources across multiple projects.
• Develop CAD/BIM standards and QA processes.
• Provide technical leadership for drawings and BIM models.
• Support underground infrastructure and mined tunnel projects.
• Coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and approve CAD/BIM deliverables.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Oversee software deployment, training, and support for AutoCAD and Revit.
• Support recruitment and professional growth within the team.
• Foster a collaborative, high-standard team culture.
