Job summary

WSP Manila, Inc. invites a senior CAD/BIM Lead to join our digital delivery team in Metro Manila. You will lead a 5–20 person CAD/BIM team, drive planning, mentoring, and ensure quality across multiple underground infrastructure projects.

You will develop BIM standards, oversee model production in Revit and AutoCAD, and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant drawings and digital deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil, Structural, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' CAD/BIM delivery experience in engineering consultancy or infrastructure.
• Proven experience with mined tunnels or underground structures.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience managing or supervising a small to medium technical team.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a CAD/BIM team of 5–20 staff.
• Plan and monitor drafting resources across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain CAD/BIM standards and QA processes.
• Provide technical leadership in drawings, BIM models, and digital deliverables.
• Support underground infrastructure projects, including mined tunnels.
• Coordinate with engineers, PMs, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and approve CAD/BIM deliverables for compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Manage software deployment, training, and support for AutoCAD, Revit.
• Support recruitment and professional growth of team members.
• Foster collaborative, high-standards team culture.
