Job summary

WSP is seeking a BIM/CAD Engineer to manage BIM models for mechanical, electrical and sanitary services using Revit MEP and CAD. You will collaborate with project engineers to agree drawing strategies and production methods while supporting estimation and scheduling.

The role emphasizes proving leadership, applying BIM protocols, and developing coordinated building details. Work will align with WSP QA processes and project delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent.
• Leadership training or proven leadership capability.
• Typically 5+ years' experience in relevant BIM/CAD roles.
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of projects and BIM protocols.
• High skills in applying company standards, BIM Protocol and Process.

Responsibilities

• Manages BIM Models for Mechanical, Electrical and Sanitary services using Revit MEP and CAD.
• Assists CAD/BIM Manager in estimation and costing of CAD/BIM projects.
• Sets up BIM models to project standards and coordinates with team members.
• Creates work sets and work-sharing methodologies in Revit models.
• Plans resources for projects and flags concerns early.
