Job summary

WSP Philippines is seeking a seasoned BIM Coordinator to lead technical drawings and BIM workflows for complex projects in Civil, Architecture and Structural disciplines. You will supervise drafting resources, ensure compliance with WSP standards, and coordinate with engineers and team leaders to deliver accurate models and documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Architecture, has extensive experience with Revit Structures, AutoCAD, BIM360, and ProjectWise,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Extensive BIM knowledge and experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong English communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage workload and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Report and liaise with the Workshare Manager on technical issues.
• Allocate drafting resources and monitor project status.
• Ensure drawings comply with WSP standards and QA procedures.
• Attend CAD progress and management meetings as required.
• Train staff in CAD/BIM software and best practices.
• Prepare regular status reports and monitor deadlines.
