Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking an experienced CAD/BIM Lead to manage a growing team and drive digital delivery on underground infrastructure projects.

You will oversee resource planning, develop standards, mentor staff, and collaborate with engineers and project managers across international teams. Advanced Revit/AutoCAD skills, BIM workflows, and a proven track record in large-scale tunnels or transportation projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' CAD/BIM delivery experience in engineering sectors.
• Experience with mined tunnel/underground infrastructure preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in English.
• Experience leading a small to medium technical team.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, model management, and digital project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a CAD/BIM team (5–20 staff).
• Plan, allocate, and monitor resources across projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CAD and BIM standards, procedures, and QA processes.
• Provide technical leadership in drawings, BIM models, and digital deliverables.
• Support underground infrastructure projects, mined tunnels.
• Coordinate with engineers, PMs, design managers, and external stakeholders.
• Review and approve CAD/BIM deliverables for compliance with standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Manage software deployment, training, and support for AutoCAD, Revit.
• Support recruitment, performance development, and growth of team members.
• Foster collaboration and high technical standards.
