Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an Associate Manager – Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits) in the Philippines. The role leads end-to-end C&B operations, ensures compliance with government regulations, and manages benefits programs including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, and GLI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience with emphasis on C&B and statutory administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Compensation & Benefits operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), including enrollments and reporting.
• Oversee HMO and GLI administration; coordinate with payroll inputs and processes.
• Lead C&B team, ensuring service levels and audit readiness.
• Interface with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and Operations for cross-functional needs.
