Job summary

vCustomer Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager – Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits) to lead end-to-end C&B operations, ensure statutory compliance, and oversee benefits administration within HR Shared Services.

You will collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to deliver timely, accurate C&B services while maintaining governance and data confidentiality. The role demands 3–5 years of HR experience with C&B exposure, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of SSS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with C&B exposure.
• Experience in Shared Services or BPO environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee end-to-end Compensation & Benefits operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage statutory benefits administration including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Oversee company-sponsored benefits programs including HMO administration.
• Manage Group Life Insurance processes including enrollments, updates, and claims coordination.
• Review and approve payroll-related C&B inputs and benefits adjustments.
• Ensure timely issuance of HR documents (Certificates of Employment and related certifications).
• Lead and develop the C&B team to meet SLAs and business requirements.
