Job summary

AMGC is seeking an experienced Business Unit Head – Trucking & Logistics to lead our trucking and logistics operations, supporting cement deliveries and cooking-oil distribution. The role oversees operations, fleet utilization, delivery performance, driver management, safety, cost control and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, Transportation, Operations Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Trucking, Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management or Distribution.
• At least 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong experience managing trucks, drivers and delivery operations.
• Knowledge of fleet management, dispatch, route planning, fuel and cost control.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Hands-on, accountable and results-oriented.
• Experience in FMCG, Cement Hauling, Cooking-Oil/Product Distribution or similar operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage truck scheduling, routing, fleet utilization and productivity.
• Supervise Drivers, Helpers, Dispatchers and Logistics personnel.

JOB SUMMARY

AMGC is looking for an experienced, hands-on and results-driven Business Unit Head – Trucking & Logistics to lead our Trucking/Logistics operations supporting our Cement-related deliveries and Cooking-Oil Delivery & Distribution Business.

The position will be responsible for overall operations, fleet utilization, delivery performance, driver management, safety, cost control and business profitability.
