Are you a subject matter expert using Six Sigma methodology in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? Assist us with strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups as a Project Six Sigma Consultant to coordinate and complete projects, define performance and results and manage vendors and service providers. You'll investigate non-standard requests and problems, make presentations to senior leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned. Six Sigma Certification or in process of Certification for Project Management required and previous experience in a Project Management Office (PMO).
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization
- Identify issues and challenges, lead/facilitate improvement projects, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified
- Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data
- Define appropriate metrics to gauge processes performance through structured reporting governance model
- Present project analysis and findings to senior leadership to obtain the approval, funding and other requirements to resolve the issue
- Manage Bright Idea program
- Process trainings deployment which includes training need identification, preparation of training decks and training delivery
- Collaborate well with US quality & operations teams
- Provide support for 200-400 FTEs and/or 5-10 mid to highly complex businesses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Black Belt Six Sigma certification from a recognized certification body or previous organization is an advantage
- 5+ years of experience as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, leading Operational Excellence, process transformation, and business transformation initiatives – including projects leveraging AI/ML technologies – within a top-tier BPO organization
- 3+ projects completed and/or certified
- Experience in projects involving emerging technologies (automation, machine learning, AI, etc)
- Experience solving major project or customer issues
- Demonstrated experience in change management
- Proven excellent communication & presentation skills

- Proven exposure to a US Healthcare account in previous role or organization

- Proven ability to find multiple links between addressing and working through challenges and the goals of the work unit and the enterprise
