Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities and lead process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance operational performance
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and problem-solving sessions
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and process analysis
• Lead or support business improvement projects
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Manage KPIs and performance reporting
