Manager – Business Transformation is responsible for leading the continuous improvement, transformation and innovation portfolio and delivering measurable business value across operations. Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role drives end-to-end transformation from intake and prioritization through execution, stabilization and benefit realization while enabling cross-functional collaboration and service excellence.
Lead and govern the continuous improvement and transformation pipeline including opportunity intake, prioritization and sequencing
Translate business strategy into a balanced portfolio of transformation and innovation initiatives with clear value targets
Oversee end-to-end execution of transformation programs ensuring delivery discipline, risk management and benefit realization
Manage opportunity assessment ensuring initiatives are well defined, value-driven and execution-ready
Drive process improvement through Kaizen events, root cause analysis and standard work optimization
Ensure post-implementation stabilization and resolution of gaps to embed changes into operations
Partner with Operations, Information Technology, Data, Automation, Human Resources and Finance teams to deliver integrated solutions
Track, report and validate transformation benefits ensuring sustained value realization
Provide executive-level updates on pipeline health, risks, progress and realized outcomes
Lead and develop team members through workforce planning, coaching, performance management and succession planning
7+ years of experience in business transformation and continuous improvement within a multinational or shared services environment required
5+ years of leadership experience in people or program management required
Proven experience managing complex transformation programs and transitions required
Strong knowledge of portfolio governance and benefits realization required
Experience in risk and compliance management required
Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting preferred
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills required
Ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions in ambiguous environments required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field required
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) – Project Management Institute preferred
PRINCE2 Certification – AXELOS preferred
Prosci Change Management Certification – Prosci preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt – International Association for Six Sigma Certification preferred
