Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage; BPO/CS backgrounds considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for assigned operational units, including new hire onboarding, ongoing skills enhancement, and other trainings as agreed.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to identified employees related to operations, products, systems, marketing activities, policies, and related system operations
• Support the development and/or develop learning courses in taking into consideration market research for best practices, and current frontline work practices.
• Actively identify performance challenges and skill gaps, and recommend and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
• Complete training-related tasks assigned by the company or senior management, including business and customer research, translation, and other ad hoc projects.

Job description

• With at least 3 years of training or learning and development experience including training design and facilitation;
• Must have exposure to onboarding and training for the operations team;
• Strong communication and writing skills, and willingness to share knowledge, and conversational level English proficiency are required;
• Able to work onsite and align training schedules with business operation hours;
• Financial services or fintech industry experience is an advantage; BPO, Sales, Customer Service background may be considered.
