Microgenesis Business Systems is seeking a strategic leader to drive product strategy and commercial success across its offerings. The role emphasizes translating market needs into defined service packages, managing pricing, and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to ensure competitive delivery and growth.

Strategy & Planning: You’ll be responsible for developing the overall vision and strategic plan for the company’s products and services. This includes identifying market needs, creating new product ideas and pricing models, and ensuring all plans support the company’s sales and growth goals.
Product Development: You’ll translate market insights into well-defined service packages, including all technical and commercial details like scope of work, service-level agreements (SLAs), and delivery methods. A crucial part of this is evaluating new technologies and making recommendations to keep the offerings competitive.
Commercial Management: You’ll manage the business side of the products, which includes developing pricing strategies, creating cost models, and tracking product-specific revenue and sales targets. You’ll also handle vendor and partner relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing to support the product portfolio.
Sales & Marketing: You’ll act as a key liaison for the Sales and Marketing teams. This involves creating materials like product playbooks and templates to help sales close deals, as well as developing go-to-market strategies and marketing plans to generate customer interest and leads.
Operations & Improvement: You will ensure all teams—from pre-sales to post-sales—are aligned to deliver a high-quality, sustainable service. You’ll also continuously monitor and improve the processes for product development, rollout, and lifecycle management.
Leadership & Collaboration: You’ll work closely with various teams, mentor junior colleagues, and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on product performance and pipeline status.
Experience
2–5 years experience in:
Account support for Audio Visual Products/Solutions
Handling enterprise clients and coordinating with technical teams
Preparing proposals, solution briefs, or client documentation
Experience with IT vendors, distributors, or system integrators is an advantage.
Good understanding of customer requirements and how to align solutions accordingly
Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and proposal writing
Ability to collaborate with Sales, TSD–SDI, PMO, and vendors
Comfortable supporting pipeline and opportunity updates
Strong communication and presentation skills
Professional, confident, and comfortable engaging with different levels of clients
Analytical and detail-oriented
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Team player with strong coordination skills
Willing to travel for client meetings and coverage
