RCBC is seeking a Branch Sales Associate to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role is based in the Hacienda Luisita Branch with willingness to be assigned there.

You will assist the Branch Manager in hitting sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans, and develop effective sales activities to promote retail banking products in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Someone with the skill to work well in a sales and banking environment
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management
• Knowledge of risk management controls
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies
• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in any business related program
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management' Financial Management
• Knowledge in risk management controls' Account management
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, techniques/methods, banking policies and procedures, and knowledgeable with bank products and services.
