Job title: Business Process Analyst (Process Excellence | US Hours)
Company: Health Carousel Global Services, Inc. (HCGSI)
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Employment type: Full-time
Schedule: Night shift (US Eastern business hours)
HCGSI is building a new Process Excellence team, and we're looking for a Business Process Analyst to help it grow.
You will produce the analysis, documentation, and measures that carry our improvement work, and build real understanding of the business areas assigned to you, not just record what people say. You'll work with AI tools by default, while staying personally accountable for accuracy and understanding.
This role supports improvement work requested by our US-based client across different business areas. You won't be tied to one function. One quarter you may work on credentialing, the next on finance or contracting. With structured coaching, you'll grow into independently owning process discovery and design.
This is a professional-track role. You grow by building expertise, without needing to manage a team.
Analysis and documentation
Take an active part in walkthroughs, interviews, and design sessions, asking the second and third question rather than writing down the first answer
Reconcile conflicting accounts instead of recording the most confident one, and flag contradictions early
Map current processes and draft improved future-state processes, with guidance from senior team members
Write process documentation to standard, including steps, controls, responsibilities, exception paths, user instructions, and knowledge articles
Support root-cause analysis, data pulls, and hypothesis testing, and bring at least one researched external reference point to each redesign
AI-assisted work
Use AI tools for transcript analysis, document comparison, gap identification, and first drafts, then verify, correct, and own the output. Nothing goes out unreviewed.
Explain your assigned areas without help: the constraints, the exceptions, and why each step exists
Help assess which tasks can be supported or automated by AI, and document the reasoning
Build and maintain test cases for deployed solutions, monitor results, review flagged exceptions, and keep an audit trail
Process library and measures
Document work at task level so it can be transferred to another team or provider without rewriting
Report process measures using their defined calculation method, data source, and measurement period
Maintain the process library, including version control, review dates, ownership records, and completeness tracking
Keep knowledge content, project records, and evidence of completion up to date
Learning the business
Build knowledge of the business model, client and partner obligations, regulatory requirements, systems, and operating teams
Take on whatever the result requires, from drafting communications and building templates to testing a workflow end to end
Treat a working process as the real deliverable. Accurate documentation of a process nobody can follow isn't finished work.
Graduate of a four-year course in business, management information systems, industrial engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, process engineering, quality, automation, or consulting
Hands-on experience using AI tools at work. You can explain how you use them, what they do well, and a time you caught them being wrong.
Strong verbal and written English, with the ability to turn conflicting information into a clear, accurate document
Process mapping skills, plus advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills
Willing to work US hours on a permanent basis
Data analytics and visualization skills
Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt), or business analysis training
Experience with work management platforms, SharePoint, or Copilot
Background in shared services, BPO, or consulting
Exposure to healthcare, staffing, or immigration processing

Follows the US holiday calendar
Basic monthly salary: ₱56,000 to ₱78,000, depending on qualifications
20% night-shift differential
