Health Carousel Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead end-to-end process analysis, redesign, and AI-enabled solution delivery for a US-hours schedule.
You will own the full cycle from discovery to documentation, building scalable processes and AI-driven tasks across multiple business areas for a US-based client. This role combines hands-on process work with leadership of a Senior Business Process Analyst.
Job title: Principal Consultant, Process & AI Solutions (US Hours)
Company: Health Carousel Global Services, Inc. (HCGSI)
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Employment type: Full-time
Schedule: Night shift (US Eastern business hours)
HCGSI is building a new Process Excellence team, and we're looking for a Principal Consultant to be its senior professional seat.
You will deliver the improvement work: running redesign cycles independently from discovery through approved documentation and adoption, building the AI solutions that make the redesigned process faster and more reliable, and defining processes and measures so the work can be performed anywhere.
This is a hands-on role. You'll sit with the operating team, understand the work better than any single participant does, and build against the real process rather than delivering a roadmap.
You'll support improvement work requested by our US-based client across different business areas. You won't be tied to one function. One quarter you may work on immigration processing, the next on finance or contracting.
This is a professional-track role. You'll have senior-level impact and pay without needing to manage a team, and you'll guide our Business Process Analyst on shared projects.
Lead walkthroughs and current-state interviews, treating each account as evidence to be checked rather than the final answer
Build the true end-to-end picture from all available evidence, including people's accounts, system data, ticket history, contracts, and regulatory requirements
Probe and challenge. When a process doesn't match the evidence, or a step survives only because it always has, say so and offer a better option.
Research and apply industry practice and regulatory expectations
Design future-state processes with clear attention to exceptions, controls, evidence, and ongoing measurement
Assess each task as human-only, AI-supported, AI-automated, or eliminated, and record the reasoning
Build, test, and deploy AI solutions for qualified tasks, such as document review and extraction, classification and routing, drafting and summarization, reconciliation, and exception handling
Design human review checkpoints, fallback steps, and escalation paths that make a solution safe in compliance-critical work
Set up testing and monitoring, including accuracy checks, regression checks, and logging that can support an audit
Monitor, fix, improve, or retire solutions, and report the actual benefit delivered
Break work into clear, assignable tasks with defined inputs, outputs, decision rules, and exception paths
Write process documentation that a capable newcomer can follow without long shadowing
Define measures that stay the same no matter who performs the work or where
Support knowledge transfer, parallel runs, acceptance, and handover
Take assignments across any area of the client's business, building the knowledge you need for each
Own the full chain needed to make a new process work, from roles and templates to training and change materials
Use whatever tool or method gets the result. A well-designed process that doesn't work hasn't been delivered.
Guide and review the Business Process Analyst's work, and contribute reusable tools to the team's methods
Graduate of any four-year course
At least 5 years in business process analysis, process improvement, consulting, or intelligent automation, with end-to-end ownership of redesign work
Hands-on experience delivering AI or large language model solutions in a business setting, such as agents, assistants, retrieval-based tools, or document intelligence, including at least one solution you personally built, deployed, and supported in production
Working fluency with at least one agent or language model framework, and with prompting, context, and evaluation practices
Proven ability to run stakeholder sessions independently, including with senior US-based leaders
A track record of quickly building real expertise in unfamiliar business areas
Strong process mapping and documentation skills, and advanced spreadsheet skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Willing to work US hours on a permanent basis
Data analytics and visualization skills
