Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience in application support, systems analysis, business analysis, or related IT role.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Snowflake).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with end users and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for business applications, ensuring system availability and operational efficiency.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve application incidents, service requests, data issues, and user-reported concerns.
• Monitor application performance, system integrations, interfaces, and scheduled processes to ensure reliable operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis of technical and functional issues, and recommend mitigation plans.
• Maintain and update application documentation, support procedures, and knowledge repositories.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and support needs.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, development teams, and support teams to ensure effective communication and solution delivery.
• Assist in the implementation of application enhancements, system upgrades, and new technology solutions.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, deployments, and post-production support activities.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation programs.
