Job summary

Teradyne in Cebu, Philippines, seeks a Business Process Analyst to join the CSO Business Process & Systems team. You will be the primary liaison for business users and IT, gathering requirements, defining solutions, and implementing changes that add value.

The role requires at least 3 years in a related field, strong documentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and Power Platform; AI exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the related field.
• CSO business processes knowledge is an advantage.
• Process-oriented with strong documentation and diagramming skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with good stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience in gathering and assessing user requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools; Power Platform preferred.
• Exposure to AI tools or technologies is a plus.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and roll out solutions as part of CSO's Business Process & Systems team.
• Gather, document business requirements, create solutions and implement changes.
• Report to the CSO Business Process & Systems Lead and coordinate with IT.
• Manage requirements, create test plans, and support testing and user training.
• Create process documentation, workflows, mockups, and wireframes for projects.
• Communicate project requirements status to stakeholders and escalate when needed.
• Act as point of contact for project requirements and troubleshoot root causes.
• May assist with project coordination or management tasks.
