Job summary

Teradyne Philippines, Ltd. - Cebu is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join CSO's Business Process & Systems team.

You will be the primary liaison for end users and IT to define and roll out solutions across functional areas, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and delivering value. Responsibilities include requirements management, creating test plans, training users, producing process documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements across CSO.
• Define solutions and coordinate changes that add value.

• Produce process documentation, workflows, and wireframes.
• Communicate status to CSO leadership and escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with project coordination.

Opportunity Overview

• The Business Process Analyst will work as part of CSO's Business Process & Systems (BPS) Team and will be the primary point of contact for both business end users and IT resources to define and roll out solutions.
• Will work across functional boundaries to gather, document business requirements, create solutions and implement changes that add value to the organization.
• This position will directly report to the CSO Business Process & Systems Lead.
• Responsible for requirements management and planning, working closely with business users across CSO to understand processes, needs, and requirements
• Communicate with IT resources to ensure developed solutions are delivered with correct functionality and on time.
• Perform analysis and creation of business solutions including defining, collecting, documenting, and managing requirements, creating test plans, testing solutions, providing user training, and basic support.
• Create process documentation, workflows, mockups, and wireframes, and facilitate process workflow modeling to support projects and process improvements.
• Communicate project requirements status to stakeholders, including CSO senior staff, and escalatissues as needed.
• Act as point of contact for issues and concerns related to project requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting to replicate and identify root causes of issues.
• May handle project coordination or management tasks.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• CSO business processes knowledge and familiarity is an advantage
• Process-oriented with strong documentation and diagramming skills
• Good oral and written communication skills, with strong conflict management and relationship skills
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience in gathering and assessing user requirements
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is preferred (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate & Sharepoint)
• Exposure to AI tools or technologies is a plus
• Experience in project management is an advantage
