You will map current and future processes, define requirements, develop Power Apps and flows, and ensure solutions are validated and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis or hybrid roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to capture business needs and outcomes.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process specs.
• Maintain traceability from needs to design, build, test and release.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and decisions early to guide delivery.
• Document current and future-state processes with a standard mapping approach.
• Support testing, acceptance, and handover with stakeholders.
