Job summary

RRJ is seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyze, document, and improve operational processes within our retail-focused operations. You will map workflows, collect data, and partner with multiple departments to drive efficiency and accuracy.

You will lead UAT testing, prepare guides, and support implementation of approved improvements. A bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of experience in business analysis are preferred, with onsite work in Cainta Rizal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Knowledge of process mapping and UAT is an advantage.
• Experience in retail operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Works with different departments to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of approved processes.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Process Analysis

• Analyze existing processes and workflows and recommend improvements.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes.
• Develop and maintain process maps, procedures, and documentation.

2. Data Analysis

• Collect and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and recommendations based on findings.

3. Process Improvement

• Assist in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor implemented processes and recommend further improvements when necessary.

4. Testing & Implementation

• Prepare and conduct UAT scenarios and test scripts when required.
• Assist in the implementation of approved process improvements.
• Prepare user guides and provide orientation or training when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• With 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement, preferably in the retail industry.
• Knowledge of process mapping, requirements gathering, and UAT is an advantage.
• Experience in retail operations, merchandising, inventory, or related business processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in onsite in Cainta Rizal from Monday to Friday.
