You will support enterprise applications end-to-end from planning through testing, documentation, and post-go-live support. You should have 5+ years in business analysis or IT project delivery, with experience in relevant industries and familiarity with Agile,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, IT project delivery, or IT service management.
• Experience in retail, mall operations, commercial real estate, or related industries is a strong plus.
• Solid exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management frameworks.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PMP/CAPM, ITIL, Agile/Scrum) are preferred.

About the Role

The IT Business Analyst serves as the vital link between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into clear specifications for internal IT teams and third-party vendors.

Supporting enterprise application projects end-to-end—from initial planning through testing, documentation, user training, and post-go-live support—this role ensures delivered solutions directly align with strategic business objectives and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Process Mapping: Engage stakeholders to document business requirements, design process flows, define use cases, and perform gap analysis to optimize workflows.

• Requirements & Specification Development: Gather and translate functional and non-functional business needs into precise technical specifications for developers and vendor partners.

• Quality Assurance & Testing: Execute end-to-end testing cycles to validate that configured systems meet functional, technical, and business acceptance criteria.

• Project Delivery & Risk Management: Partner with IT Project Managers to define timelines, milestones, and deliverables while monitoring progress and managing project risks.

• Documentation & Change Support: Maintain traceable project documentation, assist with change management, deliver end-user training, and provide post-implementation application support.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
