Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. in the Metro Manila region seeks an experienced Business Analyst to document and improve business processes, map workflows, and capture the client journey.

The role is on-site in Muntinlupa and requires strong documentation and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in business analysis, proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Jira, and a proven ability to maintain clear process documentation and onboarding materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, operations, or a similar role.
• Ability to document and organize business processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, MS Excel, and Jira.
• Experience or understanding of process mapping.
• Ability to help document the client journey, including onboarding processes.
• Ability to support knowledge retention and maintain process documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Amenable to work on an early morning shift (7AM - 4PM).
• Willing to work in Muntinlupa City (100% on-site).
