SANKYO FRONTIER CO., LTD. SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a Marketing Manager to plan and execute cross-country marketing initiatives. You will strengthen regional coordination, governance, and translate priorities into actionable campaigns. Occasional travel is expected as part of responsibilities.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and at least 5 years of regional marketing experience, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Working together with our global team at Sankyo Frontier, the Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives across countries. This role will strengthen regional coordination, improve marketing governance, and convert approved business priorities into practical marketing actions.
Travelling may be required.
Develop & execute marketing plans & campaigns to support business expansion across existing & new target markets.
Manage our regional marketing portfolio, project prioritisation, resource coordination, timelines, budgets, and external vendors.
Portfolio, operational, agency, vendor & trademark management.
Coordinate marketing activities between headquarters, regional offices, internal teams, and external partners.
Improve marketing processes, governance standards, documentation, reporting practices, and operational workflows across various country bases.
Oversee the consistency and quality of marketing activities across branding, digital and offline channels, marketing materials, exhibitions, events, and vendor-delivered work.
Lead cross-functional and cross-country projects and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when required.
Analyse marketing performance and recommend improvements to campaigns, processes, and business support activities.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
Experience planning & executing campaigns across multiple countries or regional markets.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with marketing activities such as content development, digital marketing, websites, CRM platforms, analytics, exhibitions, events, print materials, or external vendor management.
Language Skills: English (Working proficiency).
Specific skills: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, CRM platforms, analytics tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office applications, and related marketing activities such as content development, exhibitions, events, and vendor coordination.
Able to work from October / November 2026 onwards.
Personal characteristics: Adaptable, strong leadership skills, good interpersonal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving, self-motivated, friendly, honest, team-player, humble and able to think from a global perspective.
Experience: Experience leading a marketing project, experience in steel construction & modular building projects preferred.

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Work from home (WFH) on Fridays (Subject to the work schedule of that week)
