Job summary

Terumo Asia Pacific seeks a results-driven commercial leader to drive Philippines sales for Blood Cell Technologies products. The role reports to the SEA General Manager and requires strong market insight, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

The incumbent will design and execute sales strategies, manage distributors, and work closely with the SEA Marketing team and Philippines team to accelerate market growth, optimize revenue, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Medical, Life Sciences or related field.
• Direct selling and distributor management experience.
• Ability to manage complexity and drive strategic initiatives.
• 5–10 years of professional experience, with 3–5 years in ASEAN markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Develop account strategies and align with SEA GM and customer needs.
• Prioritize accounts to optimize coverage and growth.
• Maintain up-to-date customer profiles and sales funnels in CRM.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure inventory replenishment for the Philippines.
• Plan and conduct sales calls to achieve targets.
• Prepare tenders and quotations in line with requirements.
• Build long-term relationships with shareholders, partners, and authorities.
• Provide business insights to support strategic decisions.
