Job summary

BusinessTrends is seeking a Business Manager to drive Commercial Excellence for pharma/healthcare across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. You will work closely with Emerging Markets leadership on planning, analytics, pricing, forecasting, distributor governance, and cross-regional projects.

You will develop dashboards and business cases, support pricing and tender evaluations, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to deliver portfolio growth and market performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint with regional/distributor exposure.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning, long-range planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Develop commercial dashboards, KPI reports, sales trackers, and performance analyses.
• Build business cases for product launches, portfolio expansion, and other commercial opportunities.
• Support pricing strategy, pricing approvals, tender evaluations, and market/reimbursement analysis.
• Coordinate distributor governance, monitor KPIs and contractual commitments, and support performance improvement.
• Support distributor agreements, amendments, renewals, and related governance.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional commercial initiatives across multiple markets.

We are looking for a Business Manager to support a leading global biopharmaceutical company's commercial business across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

This is a strategic and highly collaborative role supporting the Emerging Markets, with exposure across commercial planning, business analytics, pricing, forecasting, distributor management, and regional projects.

What you'll do

• Support annual brand planning, long-range planning, forecasting, and business reviews
• Develop commercial dashboards, KPI reports, sales trackers, and performance analyses
• Build business cases for product launches, portfolio expansion, and other commercial opportunities
• Support pricing strategy, pricing approvals, tender evaluations, and market/reimbursement analysis
• Coordinate distributor governance, monitor KPIs and contractual commitments, and support performance improvement
• Support distributor agreements, amendments, renewals, and related governance
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional commercial initiatives across multiple markets

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare
• Strong experience in commercial operations, commercial excellence, business planning, analytics, pricing, forecasting, or marketing
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience working with regional teams or distributor markets, particularly Southeast Asia, is an advantage
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
